Stefaan Martel

Stefaan Martel, managing director of Bopro, is known for his extended knowledge in all sustainable aspects of real estate. His acknowledged expertise makes it possible to target multiple problems in an adequate way. After his studies at the Royal Military School he never stopped expanding his knowledge. He obtained a MBA at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management school and is an accredited RICS member. Interested in how real estate needs to assume its role within the mitigation of climate risks, he was the first to apply the BREEAM methodology on real estate projects as an Accredited Professional and Assessor.
