We are looking for an amazing Project Manager !

As a member of the project team of Eaglestone in Belgium, you will work closely with the project directors and report to the technical director, also in collaboration with architects, design offices, contractors and other suppliers during the preparation and the realization faze of the projects developed by the company.

You will be responsible for:
• Follow a project from A to Z
• Technical and financial fine-tuning of projects
• Organization and follow up for the redaction of the technical specification documents / Compilation of tender files
• Organization of calls for tender for (general) contractors, analysis of received offers and contractual negotiations
• Follow-up of works with a focus on quality, planning and budget
• Manage the provisional & final acceptance

This role requires advanced technical competencies as well as negotiation & project management skills.
