Gaétan Clermont is co-CEO and shareholder of the Eaglestone Group. Eaglestone Group is active in both real estate development and value add investment in Belgium, France and Luxemburg, where it develops and owns more than 800.000 m² of projects, representing a portfolio value of about 4 billion EUR. Eaglestone is active in the office, residential, student accommodations and hotel markets in more than 40 cities in these three countries. Gaetan Clermont is President of Eaglestone France which is the owner of two large developers in France: Interconstruction and Cardinal having offices in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux.
