A special session with a star speaker of the EU Institutions will bring us a view on what to expect from the new EU Green Deal program now that President Ursula von der Leyen has secured her second term.
We will talk about new support actions, new regulations and new initiatives such as the creation a the brand new department of Affordable Housing with it’s own EU Commissioner: as of this autumn, the European Union will have its very first EU Commissioner with direct responsibility for housing. This is the commitment from the re-elected European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen.
We will follow up with a panel of experts such as Ruth Schagemann (President European Architects Council), and one Project Winner and one Startup Winner of the Realty Awards 2024.
