● Monitor industry trends and emerging materials to ensure our product offering stays competitive.
● Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth supply chain, from order placement to product delivery.
● Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet agreed quality and delivery standards.
● Regularly review supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement in costs or services.
● Collaborate with the product and design teams.

As Administration Operations Lead, you will ensure the smooth and compliant running of our day-to-day operations across multiple countries. You will be overseeing everything from accounting, legal compliance, and HR functions. Your attention to detail and organization will be essential to support the growth and success of Enky.
● Manage accounting operations for France, Belgium, and the UK, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Handle legal administration related to contracts, compliance, and regulations across the three countries.
● Oversee the company’s HR activities, including payroll, employee documentation, and onboarding processes.
● Ensure compliance with tax obligations and financial reporting in each jurisdiction.
● Serve as the liaison with external partners like legal advisors, accountants, and payroll providers.
● Provide support to management in budgeting and financial planning.
● Maintain and improve our internal administrative processes to increase efficiency.

● Conseiller et convaincre les prospects que notre solution est LA meilleure pour eux
● Gérer les demandes entrantes : envoyer des devis, suivre les projets
● Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus, produits et argumentaires commerciaux
