David Rowan, founding UK Editor-in-Chief of WIRED and author of the bestselling book Non-Bullshit Innovation (Penguin), is today’s leading speaker on how emerging technologies will impact business — and how leaders should prepare now. David has given 700 keynotes around the world, and has moderated events for governments, the World Economic Forum and the biggest global companies. David has been a technology columnist for The Times, GQ, Condé Nast Traveller and The Sunday Times, and at WIRED he got to know the founders of tech giants such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Spotify. And he is still searching for the future.

Caroline Deiteren has been the new Director-General of Embuild Vlaanderen since June 2024, the most representative sector organization in the construction and installation sector. Her mission is to help shape the future of building in Flanders. To achieve this, Embuild Vlaanderen develops a broad vision on various societal challenges, such as affordable housing, permit issues, climate challenges, and environmentally conscious building. Caroline engages in solution-oriented, open, and knowledgeable discussions with various partners and government bodies.

Jo has been active in European real estate since 1997. After a first job as marketing director of a Belgian development company, he broadened his real estate expertise in various companies of the Belgian stock quoted investment fund Ackermans & van Haaren. In different functions, Jo was responsible for the asset management of the REIT Leasinvest Real Estate, the investment policy of Extensa Group and acted as development manager for the reconversion project Tour & Taxis in Brussels. Since October 2010, Jo is Chief Executive Office of Montea, a Belgian REIT, investing in logistic and industrial real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Majored in Economics at the Catholic University Leuven, where he subsequently worked for a few years as a researcher. He joined Bank Brussels Lambert in 1989 in the Economic Research Department. After some time in The Hague as Chief Economist of ING Investment Management, he returned in 2001 to Brussels as Chief Economist of ING Belgium. Since 2006 he is also Eurozone Economist within ING. He is a regular commentator in the international written press as well as on Belgian radio and television. Together with a colleague, he was awarded in 1997 the biennial European Investment Bank Prize, for their research on euro conversion exchange rates. Peter is also honorary Fellow of the Hogenheuvelcollege of the Catholic University of Leuven and vice-chairman of the “economic commission” at the Belgian Employers Federation”.

She is also a non-executive board member of Home Invest Belgium, UPSI-BVS and the Cercle Belge des Femmes de l’Immobilier as well as a member of Woman on Board.

Patrick Luysterman is an economic journalist and moderator, mainly working in the field of construction and real estate. He worked for Mediafin - De Tijd for most of his career. Co-author of the book ‘Een huis kopen zou niet moeilijk mogen zijn' (Buying a house should not be difficult).
