It was to be expected: Redevco Belgium,
owner of the large commercial complex located in Auderghem, between Boulevard
du Souverain and Avenue Demey, and including Carrefour, Brico, Auto5, Pizza Hut
and a few other smaller commercial surfaces, is not happy with the fate
reserved for it by the new Hermann-Debroux Master Development Plan (PAD) which,
once effective, will frame the entire real estate and urban redevelopment of the
priority urban zone located downstream of the Delta district. At the start of
October, it lodged an appeal with the Council of State to request the annulment
of the Government of the Brussels Region’s decree, which provides a framework
for this PAD and was published on 1 June.
