The CIRB (Centre d’Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise) and Irisnet have entrusted Anixton with a mission to find a new site better suited to their future working methods.
These two organisations, which employ more than 650 people, currently occupy a building on Avenue des Arts 21 in Brussels, whose lease expires at the end of 2024.
This mission will start in September and a specification with the search criteria will be sent to the entire real estate market during the last quarter of this year.
