Newcomer – Lastlink to cover the city with local warehouses

After mini-markets, co-working and co-living spaces and shared private car parks, one thing that was still missing was shared urban warehousing. This missing link should respond to one of the major problems of urban mobility by reducing the circulation of large trucks in the city in favour of light goods transport (cargo bikes, light electric vehicles, etc.)

This is what motivated three entrepreneurs with complementary expertise to launch the young company called Lastlink: Guillaume Gosse, who recently left Immobel, where he was a real estate project developer, Julien Vandeleene (BePark, Izix) and Maxime Xantippe (Alphaston). They have the skills to move forward quickly and effectively. Thanks to the financial support – a €5 million credit line to launch the first acquisitions and their development – and Alphastone’s experience as a seed investor in real estate companies operating in niche urban markets (Silversquare, Cohabs, Rezidentz), the idea soon took shape. Latlink already has nine operable sites in the Brussels region.  The company aims to have 25,000 m² in its portfolio within a year and to double its offer by 2024 by expanding its investments to other cities in Belgium and abroad.
