Excellent news for AG Real Estate and Atenor who, in partnership (50/50), are carrying out the major renovation of the Beaulieu office complex, the historic address of the European Commission in the decentralised area (Auderghem). The consultation commission following the submission of the request for planning permission was held without any negative reaction and received a largely favourable opinion on all points, as did the deconstruction request. De Meuter can now proceed with its work. This will be a complex exercise for the company, as a large part of the façade will be removed before being re-installed after the work.
