“What is UrbanTech, and what does it mean for Real Estate Professionals?”: in 2023 a new terminology was invested by leading proptech VCs, the UrbanTech. It’s a natural extension to proptech, and includes all the innovations that are shaping the future of the built world (overlapping a little bit with energy tech and mobility tech). Real Estate developers and investors shouldn’t design large scale projects without deploying UrbanTech as they would be obsolete by design.
