Cédric Van Meerbeeck

Cédric is Senior Director within Real Estate Financial Advisory, heading Real Estate Insights & Valuations for Deloitte Belgium. Cédric is an accredited member of the RICS. Before joining Deloitte in November 2023, Cédric worked as Head of Research & Marketing for Belgium & Luxembourg at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years. He also spent 8 years as Project Manager for the redevelopment of important urban areas in Brussels (European District, Tour & Taxis and Josaphat namely). Complementary, Cédric is professor of real estate market trends at the Executive Master in Real Estate from UCLouvain.  Cédric’ experience includes data collection and management, highest and best uses analysis, real estate valuation, diverse consultancy missions for investors, owners, retailers and office occupiers.
