Transactions – B&B Hotels pursues its rapid expansion in Luxembourg

The French hotel group B&B Hotels Western Europe, which already has seven hotels in Belgium, is now continuing its rapid expansion in Luxembourg, and more precisely to the Cloche d’Or, in Gasperich, the new up-and-coming urban district. The rental contract (binding for 20 years) to operate a new 150-room establishment (3 stars +, seven floors above ground) in a new mixed development has been signed with the developers Nextensa and Promobe (joint venture), who are project managers in this area, which includes a number of large international groups (PwC, Intesa SanPaolo, Deloitte, Alter Domus, IWG, etc.). Sébastien Moreno (A2M), the Brussels architect specialising in passive houses, will design it (build-to-suit) for delivery in the first half of 2025.
