Immobel Capital Partners, the London-based investment management company of the Belgian Immobel Group, has appointed Melinda Knatchbull to the position of Chief Financial and Operating Officer. In this new role, she will be responsible for the financial, operational and risk aspects of Immobel Capital Partners’ business.
Melinda Knatchbull has more than 25 years of experience in the fund management industry, the last 20 of which have been in the real estate sector. For almost 20 years she worked alongside Duncan Owen, CEO of Immobel Capital Partners since last January.
Immobel’s London-based subsidiary is dedicated to developing green pan-European investment strategies for the residential and office markets, where the Belgian group aims to take a leading position.
